Director and Project Manager Steve Kiranou is qualified in building design and drafting. If you need a full design, together with our design consultants, we can deliver a creative solution that reflects your needs; alternatively we’ll happily work alongside your existing designers or architects.

NSCON has overseen the design, engineering, certification, construction and handover for all our residential projects including boutique unit developments. We have also completed numerous design and construct projects for the NT Government and private schools. At NSCON we listen to the client and proactively provide solutions and recommendations during the design phase to ensure satisfaction both aesthetics and functionality.

Driven by our commitment to supporting local businesses, families and the greater community, we aim to only use 100% local products, staff, trades and resources. We operate a local in-house workshop in Darwin that fabricates a large proportion of our construction materials; engineered to comply with Australian Standards and to meet the specific demands of your build.
